had a brand-new and modern room with nice views, a really comfortable bed, as example, and i couldn't ask for more. the breakfast served was varied and amazing, everything you could wish for, with meats, yogurts and cheese.

the staff were really helpful and check-in was early. the location was excellent and incredible and a train station was close to the hotel. we dined at a good nearby restaurant with chinese dishes. the breakfast was rich and absolutely superb, they offered outstanding hot chocolate, coffee, cereal, and fruit.

Accommodating people working here, wonderful small and modern place. Beautifully maintained and heated units with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, as example. Early check-in, parking in the courtyard. Good and amazing location - close to a train station. Besides, very convenient to Zermatt-Sunnegga.

Well-maintained and practical rooms complete with a decent view, balcony, absolutely kind staff. Hot chocolate, coffee, cereal, and fruit in the courtyard. Magnificent and incredible location including a train station close to the place.

Variety of good food. Nicely furnished units with a view of the matterhorn. Best possible, strategic location right in the heart of town. And close to nearby attractions, Train Station and Gornergrat Bahn Ski Train and one night before taking Glacier Express through Swiss Alps.

The location was prime for walking around Mountaineer's Cemetery. The staff seemed especially helpful making our stay an enjoyable experience. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

The service was friendly, including a convenient check-in. The room was big size with a view of the matterhornwith an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Great location in the heart of the village, just a short walk from the train station. The room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the Alps, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the scenery. The staff was also helpful, giving us useful advice on the weather forecast for our mountain visits.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice, especially in the chilly weather.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of the city. It made it easy to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring.

While the continental breakfast was adequate, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of items to choose from. Another issue was the noise level in the hotel.

The staff were welcoming, helped us with every request. Everything was wonderful, the room was spotless with balcony and a bathtub and view of matterhorn.

The venue was wonderful small, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing near the main tourist area and one night before taking Glacier Express through Swiss Alps and Railway station and sky lift. Hotel's staff were really helpful. I was very happy with the well-maintained and practical room, that was complete with private balcony and a queen bed, as example. The service was efficient during all my really really nice stay. They had an early check-in.

The location magnificent and wonderful right in the heart of the action. Good sized & nicely furnished room with a safe, TV set, and a writing table.
